fan_3 is an American rapper. She was born in 1989 in California. She began her career in 2002 when she recorded a song for The Lizzie McGuire Movie soundtrack. She then worked for the Shark Tale soundtrack and Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen soundtrack as well. Her first official single, "Geek Love" was intended to be the debut single from her debut album, but she was dropped from her label due to poor sales. "Geek Love" became a substantial hit on Radio Disney. Her second official single, "Broken Home," was independently released by fan herself. It was not released to Radio Disney, so it is hard to find. She also recorded a Christmas track, "I Love Christmas." Her debut album was to be released in late 2005, but was pushed back to early 2006. Her record label dropped her after the poor sales of both "Geek Love" and "Broken Home". She then became part of a band called Shut Up Stella who released their debut single, "Light It Up", early 2007. Due to poor sales, they were dropped. fan now has gone solo again on her own record company, and is now called Fannius III. She released her first single, "Girlfriend (I Can)" to iTunes mid June 2008. Read more on Last.fm.
