River Kanoff is an up-and-coming drummer, vocalist, voice actor, video producer, actor, film composer, video game music remixer, and writer, although relatively new all-around. He has played drums in worship bands, most recently for "Christian Life Fellowship"'s Youth Band. He remixed a few songs on VGMix, including songs from the "Sonic the Hedgehog" series, "The Legend of Zelda" series, and the "Metal Gear Solid" series. He also contributed two remix tracks to the "Cave Story Remix Project" on VGMix, headed up by "k-wix". He has arranged Bonnie Phillips Gardiner's (Orphic Endeavors) "Mountain", and "A Brief Intermission" as "Overcome" and "Giving Peace a Break", and used them with permission in his own works, including "One Real" and Josie "Cute but Psycho" Zelasko's "Dragon Talisman". He has also composed for the online fanfics, "Chrono Trigger: Crystal Palace", and "Final Fantasy Emerald". He is currently working with Jeff Hall to produce a to-be-named sitcom, said to be similar to "The Monkeys" show. They are also working on forming a band as a side project, called "Bubble Cake". Aside from music, River is also producing and voice acting in radio dramas at the Voice Acting Alliance. He hopes to mesh his music together with his productions. "Have you ever walked into a music store, and not been able to find what you want? I used to feel that way all the time. Make what you want to hear." River enjoys making short, mostly unreleased ambient tunes for his own listening pleasure, as well as ripping a few midis now and then just for his own listening. Read more on Last.fm.
