Term aka Joscha Rieber started his experiences in making music with guitar lessons at an early age. His interest in music grew steadily. Inspired by bands and producers like The Prodigy, The Chemical Brothers, Photek and others, he started experimenting with trackers and music software. Term concentrated on producing powerfull drumsets and basslines, interesting sounscapes and stuff. Later on, he started producing rap beats for some artists from around his area. Shout outs to Tiltcrew, Freakbotique, Tunnelblick Music, Angry Teng, Rawstarr, Mnemonic, Donato, Ice MX, Headtrick, Flaash Rudel, Chaos Theorie, J-Cop, ...! In the meantime, Term continued creating electronic beats. The internet and especially the community Producer-Network.de gave him the chance to present his ideas to a new audience. On his way, he achieved the skills to create complex beat structures and crashing beats, combining them with an impressive sound. Using his experience in producing hip hop and other styles, he now spends most of the time producing drum n bass tunes. Some of them were published by the label Producer-Network Records. It is a record label founded by the webmaster of Producer-Network.de. Term colaborates with several other electronic artists like Bowser, Mefjus, Er.iC, Doe, Loopguard, Johann and more. Until now his spectrum of styles has increased. carried along by the dubstep-hype from London he now programmes slower beats, too - of course with the same unusual Term flavour. Read more on Last.fm.
