The band from Brazil (Londrina-PR) was formed during the hot seasons, precisely in February 2000, in the Brazilian summer, by: Preto Aranha (ex-The Maniac Rockers, who wrecks the guitar on stage and sharpens the diabolic vocals), Felipe PédePano (kicking ass on the electric bass and backing vocals) and Fabrício (ex-The Maniac Rockers, rocking the drums with demoniac hands). The band plays Psychobilly (a style of music, which emerged in the early 80..s in Europe a fusion between 50..s Rockabilly and 70..s Punk Rock), trying to please the legion of zombies and vampires that honor and listen to the creepy, tormenting, horrifying, unmistakable and irreplaceable Psychobilly. They're inspired in lota kind of rock'n'roll and it makes them, The Brown Vampire Catz but, in own their bloody opinion, they just do PSYCHOBILLY MUSIC. The Brown Vampire Catz already played in several local shows in Brazil, exactly in Londrina, Maringá, São Paulo and also in important national festivals like the Demo-Sul in Londrina (2002, 2004 and 2005), in the famous PsychoCarnival (one of the biggest annual Psychobilly festivals in the world) in Curitiba (2001, 2003, 2004 and 2005) and in the PsychoFest (another huge Psychobilly festival in Curitiba) in 2001, 2002, 2006 and 2008. The first EP Psychobilly Bloody (Independent Recording) with 2 songs, was released in August 2002, and sold 200 copies in Brazil and other countries. The Brown Vampire Catz participated with 3 songs on the samplers: Dance With A Chainsaw (2002, Funeral Records) together with other national and international Psychobilly bands, and Festival Demo-Sul (2006, Braço Direito Produções), together with a variety of national rock bands. In November 2008, the band released their first album, Makabre Funeral Memory, with 12 songs, considered a Brazilian Psychobilly Classic. Believe, The Brown Vampire Catz are crazed by the rock'n'roll. They always win power from other side and then, it make 'em psychos. GO GETTERS...GO INSANE PSYCHOS!!!!
