Ali Harter, 24, is a singer/songwriter from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Playing in bands or as a solo musician for the better part of twelve years, Harter is a veteran in the national music scene. After signing and later parting with an Oklahoma based record label in the winter of 2005/2006, Ali has joined forces with Oklahoma's own Mama Bird Booking and has bounced back by means of staying on constant tour, a bare minimum of 13 dates a month, and has recorded a new full length record as an independent artist, which was released June 15th 2007 on Little Mafia Records. Ali has also joined up with numerous American and European management, publishing and distribution companies, (links available on side of page) in hopes of spreading the word and making some waves. Ali has been fortunate enough to share the stage with such acts as: Meg and Dia, Magnolia Electric Co., Steel Train, Dierks Bentley, Miranda Lambert, Desole, War of Ages, Flee The Seen, Bloody Sunday, Kingston Falls, The Actuals, Jeff Hanson, Southerly, The Old Haunts, Shearwater and has shared festival billing with the likes of The Flaming Lips, Leon Russel, Amos Lee, Limbeck, The Format, Damone as well as many others.
