Cary Pierce is a songwriter, performer and producer. His mission is to connect with millions and millions of people and make their lives better through his music, performance and production. His songs and co-writes have appeared on more than a million records. He has shared stages with John Mayer, Dave Matthews Band, Matchbox Twenty, Counting Crows, Wallflowers, Vertical Horizon, Sheryl Crow, Mat Kearney, Jewel, Lyle Lovett, No Doubt, Collective Soul, Train, - to name a few. Cary also played the largest one-day ticketed event of all time, BlockBuster Rockfest in Dallas with almost 500,000 people in attendance. He has appeared on Rosie O'Donnell, Conan O'Brien and countless other national and local TV shows. He has written songs with Stan Lynch (Don Henley, The Eagles, Tom Petty, the Mavericks), Franne Golde (Faith Hill, Randy Travis), Jamie Houston (Jessica Simpson) and many others. He has recorded with John Alagia (John Mayer, Dave Matthews Band),T Bone Burnett (Wallflowers, Counting Crows), Neal Avron (Everclear, Semisonic), Justin Niebank (Eric Clapton, Blues Traveler), John Fields (Switchfoot,) and others. Cary was instrumental in the early development of Vertical Horizon, Evan & Jaron, Jack Ingram and Guster. He has produced and/or co-written records for Chris Tomlin (7x Dove Award, cert Gold Record, ..1 chart position) Graham Colton (Universal), Jack Ingram (Universal/Big Machine), American Royal, Creede Williams, Jay Quinn Band, Kai Brown, Jenny Kirtland and others.
