Originally from Jamaica... Cliff was signed to the late Neil Bogart's Boardwalk Records imprint along with stars like Joan Jett and Richard Dimples Fields. He was managed by Lionel Job (Starpoint, Keith Sweat, Joe Public)at the time. One of his biggest fans was the late super-producer Keith Diamond who wrote hits like "Carribean Queen" and "Suddenly" for Billy Ocean...and co-wrote the pop hit "Object of My Desire" by Starpoint...Stay tuned!
