Eddy Senay is a musician, singer, writer, producer, video director,and plays several instruments. He was playing drums in the varsity band at high school at age 10. The drum was so big they had to put it on a little wagon and pull it as eddy played and marched. Eddy Senay wrote all the songs in the Step by step album and he was produced by the late Bill Williams, a famous DJ on Radio station WCHB located in the Detroit surburb of Inkster Mi. Eddy was signed to Sussex Records by CEO and owner, Clarence Avant. Eddy has a new song called "CaLL ME" on youtube and he is receiving great reviews!! This an artist who has a unique and funky/soulful sound that has captured millions around the world and he is still going strong. Eddy was born in Lanett Alabama, and raised by his grandmother. his influence were the great Little Richard who lived down the street from eddy in Macon GA. Eddy use to watch Sam Cook practice on saturday morning next door to where eddy grew up. He use to go to the Douglas Theater in Macon Ga. every saturday to see James Brown perform live on stage before the movie started.He also played Kettle drums in the high school band and was a leader of the drum section.
