Eve of Destiny started in 1998 founded by Haruhiko Ash (ex-The Zolge, a japanese punk band). Haruhiko wanted the songs of Eve of Destiny would be played in Gothic Clubs in Europe, and his lyrics talk about the chaos in his life and other personal things. The main influences of this band are Gothic and Punk such as Sisters of Mercy and Lords of the new Church - and other bands. The first song of Eve of Destiny is called "Desperado" that was released in a gothic V.A. compilation, Black Bible, in 1998 along with other important gothic bands. Eve of Destiny made a performance at Wave Gothic Treffen in 1999 with a support guitarist. After, in 2002, a new guitarrist (not support this time) joined the band, his name is Közi (ex-Malice Mizer), and in the same year Eve of Destiny played for the second time in Wave Gothic Treffen. They played in many countries in Europe and Oceania; they also play in Japan sometimes. The main focus is Europe, though. In 2005, Eve of Destiny released a MCD called "Nervous and Innocence" through the label Celtic Circle Productions and shortly after this, they ended the contract with this label, because this label have a very unprofessional way of dealing with things, so the band and fans were not very happy with it. Eve of Destiny are now searching for a new european gothic label. Read more on Last.fm. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
