German power-electronics project formed by Rene Lehmann as a solo project in 1992. Since "The Infernal Age," however, the project has been a duo. Members: Rene Lehmann & Knut Enderlein, both also members of Inade .Along with a scintillating, hot-wired focus, Ex.Order unleash a torrential onslaught of mind-numbing, mind-crushing, mind-altering noise that seers with all the mercy of a pinpoint sunbeam through the magnifying glass and into the stitched open eye during a particularly festive interrogation. Honed and destructive to perfection! They presenting tracks of unrelenting Noise Electronics covering numerous areas of violence, disillusionment and abstraction. That means the focused power and the wall of sound here is underlayed by hypnotical ambient-noise layers which stands for a well known trade mark of Ex.Order. A throbbing audio force built up by massive analogue soundwaves, heavily driven mechanical percussion, sample-collages and vocals. This is another complex and explosive industrial tapestry of sound, performed with control and brutality.
