Anne Lise Frøkedal (Born 19. july 1981), known by her stage name Frøkedal, is a folk-pop, singer-songwriter from Etne, Norway. Her sister is Linn Frøkedal of The Megaphonic Thrift, Misty Coast and The Low Frequency In Stereo She is famously known to be a member of acclaimed Norwegian band I Was A King and, the now defunct band, Harrys Gym. Additionally, she has been part of other musical groups such as Dharma, Lady Hardanger and Heroes & Zeros. In 2015 she debuted as a solo artist, releasing a series of singles which led to I See You EP on the very same year. she released her debut album Hold On Dreamer in 2016, which was later nominated for a Spellemannprisen for best Indie Album Of The Year 2017.
