Band composition: Male vocal: Curse Mackey Female vocal: Xtina X Original guitarist: Mikee Plastik Guitars, Programming: Satyr Samples & bass guitar: Pawel Mansfeld (Disenchanted Forest) Grim Faeries released a very limited 4 song self-release (released in 2000), which was followed by their only full-length album titled "Disenchanted Forest" (released in 2001). The song "Faerie Raide (remix)" was used for the trailer of the video game Ultima Worlds Online: Origin and "Love Is Hell (remix)" for the trailer of Ultima Online: 2. The group also had tracks released on several compilation albums through various labels, such as Invisible Records and Cleopatra Records. Grim Faeries seemed to have disappeared as a group a short time later. Curse Mackey has been a reoccurring member of Pigface, as well as Spasm, and the principle of Evil Mothers (which saw some reunion dates in 2011). Mackey is currently (as of 2012) employed by Dean Guitars. Xtina X (Christina Petro) along with fronting Grim Faeries, was also a former Thrill Kill Kult Bomb Gang Girl. She is best known though, as the belly dancer for U2 on their Zoo TV tour, and she is mentioned in several biographies and books on U2. Petro currently dances professionally at Busch Gardens in Tampa, FL. under the stage name Ophelia, as well as teaching classes on belly dance. Mikee Plastik released an abundance of material under the MEDIAWHORE moniker, and has kept steady work creating scores for the film industry and as a remix artist, remixing tracks for artists such as When In Rome, Meiko, Andi SexGang, Pete Jones (PIL), Psychotica, Penal Colony, Lab Report, etc...
