JoyLand: Music with an expansive sound, invoking images of the barren landscape where the three musicians started their journey. Boban Tran, Boots Woodhouse, and Carvin Loen hail from Tyrella. The trio made music to escape the confines of their environment. Sounds that explored the dark side of rural life, where one has to toughen up to survive. These are not songs of despair from tragic starry-eyed hipsters. These are widescreen visions that inspired the band to take the journey across the waters to their new home in London.
