Karin Dreijer, also formerly known as Karin Dreijer Andersson) (born as Karin Elisabeth Dreijer on 7 April 1975 in Nacka, Sweden), also known by her stage name Fever Ray, is a musician and the former lead vocalist of the electronic duo The Knife, formed with her brother Olof Dreijer. Her vocal style is highly distinct - shrill and piercing, with a heavy Swedish accent. Karin also performs under the guise of Fever Ray, and sung lead vocals in the now defunct indie pop group Honey Is Cool (1994-1999).
