Mario Dederichs (born July 11th, 1988) is a German composer, singer and guitarist. Born to a non-musical family, he started making music in 1999. Starting out as a keyboarder, he now plays guitars, bass and sings as well. He is probably best known for being the driving force, guitar player and lead vocalist for YouTube-only metal cover project Blake Inc.. Heavily inspired by Japanese video game music, he spent his teenage years as a composer for freeware and amateur game projects under his birth name, Mario Dederichs. In 2005, he started his first band, punk rock band Bad Sunday. Originally a bass player, he soon switched to vocals as his main instrument. Stints as guitar player and backing vocalist for emocore band BEAM, lead vocalist for short-lived sleaze rock band Backseat Education, and principal songwriter for EDM outfit Baibureta Overdryve and eurodance project The Love Dictators followed suit. In 2010, he and a few of his previous collaboraters formed hard rock band Zero Division, where he remain as the band's lead vocalist, co-songwriter and lead lyricist. Read more on Last.fm.
