Marten Kuningas (born December 28, 1985 in Tallinn) is an Estonian singer and DJ. Marten rose to fame as the second runner up of the third season of Eesti otsib superstaari, the Estonian version of Idol series, in 2009. He is a member of Leegitsev Sidrun and the hip-hop group Doktor Normal. Marten released his debut solo album Janu (Thirst) on June 16, 2012. The second album, Praktiline mees (Practical Man), will be released at the end of August 2014. Marten has an older brother Tanel, who is also a musician and the frontman of Dahling.
