Seth Swirsky (b. August 5, 1960, New Haven, Connecticut) is an American pop/power pop singer-songwriter, author, political columnist, and noted baseball memorabilia collector. In 1980, at the age of 20, Swirsky wrote the national jingle for Thomas' English Muffins. He worked as a successful songwriter for dozens of artists such as Taylor Dayne and Tina Turner. In 2005, Swirsky made his debut as a singer on his own first album, 'Instant Pleasure'. Swirsky's political commentary, which has referred to his change from a liberal to a conservative, attracted the attention of the George W. Bush administration. Karl Rove invented him to a White House lunch in July 2006. Read more on Last.fm. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
