Outcasts amongst their peers, bass player Cone McCaslin/Dr. Dynamite (Sum 41) and guitar player/singer Todd Morse/Dr. Rocco (H2O & Juliette & the Licks) were destined to find each other and concoct the music that makes them The Operation M.D. The music is not what you'd expect based on their pedigree. The songs on their debut album "We Have An Emergency" are a magnificent blend of street-indie and pop. It's like The Violent Femmes getting beaten up by The Hives and making friends with Tom Petty. Released by Aquarius Records in February of 2007, the first single was "Sayonara" - the video for which was directed by Steve Jocz, (Drummer for Sum 41). The second was "Someone Like You" - the music video was again directed by Steve Jocz. Read more on Last.fm.
