The Supreme Quartet is a band from Springfield, VA. They specialize in funk and fusion music, as well as jazz and latin jazz. Two members (Tommy Beekman, Dean Christesen) are in their second year at Virginia Commonwealth University studying music (the former classical guitar, and the latter jazz studies), Dave Eargle is studying across the country, and bassist Court Eccles is in his second year at Brigham Young University Idaho. The Quartet often performed with a fifth member, guest keyboardist Jared Bookbinder, who studies music in his third year at James Madison University. Tommy Beekman and Dave Eargle head the Zappa-esque bands of Sparkle Motion and Beekman and Glitters Experience. Read more on Last.fm.
