Founded by Wally Shaw and Brent Stackhouse in 1990. Originally named Donderfliegen (a term the band invented that meant "darn that fly", Satan being "Lord of the Flies"). Donderfliegen's demo tape ("Digital Priests") is considered one of the first christians in industrial releases. Deitiphobia (Fear of God) released 2 albums on Michael Knott's Blonde Vinyl Records, "Fear of God" and "Digital Priests." The two parted ways and Brent formed Wigtop with his wife and Wally carried on Deitiphobia with the help of his wife, Sheri Shaw, and good friend, Kevin "131" Guitierrez (Aleixa). They released "Clean" through Frontline Music Group in 1994. "Clean" was followed by "Fear of the Digital Remix" in 1995, and by "lo:fi.vs.sci:fi" in 1999. Read more on Last.fm.
