Entertainment is a huge factor in our society. The never ending stream of adrenaline evoking, heart pounding, laughter raising media is continually grabbing our attention. It forces thrills and excitement into our brains with each new movie out, each new television series created, and every new interesting band formed. A continuous flow of silver screen is passed in, and then out, of our minds. And what is left when it's gone? Is what's left good? Do we find ourselves refreshed? Do we have a better outlook on life? Worthless Without is a creator of entertainment ( Whether a good one or not we'll leave up to you,) but at the same time we also believe in purpose and truth. There need's to be a balance. We believe God created fun along with seriousness. He believes in people having a good time, but on the same note we need to be careful what it is we're having a good time with. We can so easily get distracted from what matters by getting caught up in the moment. Are we wasting good music on pointless lyrical make up which is going to leave people entertained but without any further thoughts on the matter? Are we going to leave people who forget our set, or our songs, because it fell through a rotting floor, with no real dimension or message? We hope not. We hope our band is giving even a little something more than a half hour set and some sold merch. We want the world to know that Jesus Christ is Lord and Saviour to those who believe and confess Him, and that He has more than a life full of entertainment and distraction.
